This is not a sponsored post or anything like that. This is my tube of Doctor Sheffield’s toothpaste and it is my favorite toothpaste ever. Great taste and I love the metal tube because you get the most out of the whole tube. I also took this at close to midnight because I had not taken a photo for the day and wasn’t about to start over again.
I started this month off with a new oral health regimen. I added Crest Pro-Health Invigorating Clean Multi-Protection Rinse to the mix as part of a sponsored test drive. I was sent a bottle of the rinse to test out and see what changes, if any, occur in my oral health.
I started off great. I brushed with my Sonicare tooth brush and then flossed with some Crest Glide Floss (sample from my dentist) and then would rinse with the Crest Pro-Health Invigorating Clean Multi-Protection Rinse. I did that morning and night (flossing only at night) until the floss ran out. I know we have more around but I haven’t gone searching. I’m not the best flosser. I dislike flossing, which many people do or at least I assume so because the flossing speech gets whipped out on me each time I go and get my teeth checked out.
