Andrew has a fondness for water color painting. He loves to just get some water and paper and water color paints and just go to town. Today he painted two pictures using primarily the light blue. Two soaking wet pages of bright light blue. But he looked at them and told a story about what they were all about.

He’s also starting to spend more time drawing and making faces and pictures of people. One afternoon this week he did it over and over for many different people. He’d draw a face and run in to tell us who was in the picture. He was so proud of that.

I’m totally uninspired tonight. I put the statement out on twitter and Jerry D Russell (@JerryDRussell) prompted me to shoot some random object. Up on the entertainment center there was Eva’s set of watercolors (As you can imagine we need to put this up high). I saw it and I thought about how with watercolors you have all the colors and combinations you need to made something beautiful. With a camera you can take photos of anything so why would I feel limited taking photos. Continue reading More than Enough to Create
