  1. I’ve been going to King Richard’s since I was a little girl… I’m hoping to take my boyfriend and his little girl this year!

  2. I went last year and had a blast. I couldnt believe my eyes. This year I am unemployed searching desperately for work so this year I might have to pass.

  3. I love King Richard’s Faire because there are so many shows to see, places to eat, and so many costumed staff and visitors to look at.

  4. KRF is always a fun time, and I love being able to leave the ordinary, modern world at the gates.

  5. I love King Richards Faire because I get to visit my friends at the T.I.G.E.R.S. I abstolutely love seeing the tigers, every year, and catching up with everyone. Especially love getting a turkey wing

  6. I’m a HUGE King Richard’s Faire person. Though it has been awhile since I was last there. One of my FAVORITE things there is the “Mud Slinging.” A very funny show. My sister and brother-in-law dress up when they go.

  7. It wouldn’t let me write why I love King Richards Faire πŸ™
Hopefully I’ll win some tickets for me and my friend though. We’re poor college kids!

  8. We look forward to the Jousting competition, as well as all the performers. My boys enjoy the rides and we love the whole atmosphere of the Faire. πŸ™‚

  10. I’ve lived in the NE area for 5 years and have always wanted to go to King Richard’s Faire but never got the chance. In a few months, I’ll be moving away, so this season is my last chance! πŸ™‚ I would really love a pair of tickets to King Richard’s Faire!

  11. I’ve never been to King Richards Fair but I would love to go! My husband went when he was little and still has a really cool picture that he had taken at the fair for the album cover of his uncle’s c.d. He always talks about going back but we have two kids and it has either been tight money wise or something has always comes up. We haven’t had a weekend without the kids in about 2 and a half years. I would love to surprise him and be able to take him to this. He works so hard for our family, not just our girls and I but he is always helping my parents out too. It would be nice to surprise him for a change.

  12. Going to King Richards is a time traveling experience! Love the actors and actresses…everyone stay in role! The place is awesome for all ages!

  13. We love it there. We have so much fun. I also enjoy watching my girls do the princess training. I would love to win those tickets.

  14. I just moved back to Massachusetts and haven’t ever been able to attend a King Richard’s due to finances, work, etc. When I was living in NJ, I made it to a ren faire there once and loved it. I just know King Richard’s will be even better!

  15. Every year I get to go I have a blast. This year I finally managed to get a costume made and would love the tickets so I can have some extra money to buy some awesome food and gear.

  22. King Richard’s Faire is wonderful, because there are so many mystical sights and vibes

  23. Nice, and heres a part of a song XD

I tell ye ’bout me father he was a cautious man
An’ in es’ small saloon there was a man called Scurvy Dan
His speech was solely curses and his songs they chilled me bones
He sang bout haunted galleys he sang bout Davey Jones
An’ late at night the song turned into a quite seditious moan

Yo-ho! Hi ho! All rise against the gov’nor!

But he was found by stately men and sure they had him hang
With me stayed tales of sea and the words he often sang
But this song is ’bout me father who was a cautious man
Who got in loads of trouble for keeping Scurvy Dan
Who all the way to hangman’s gate before me as I ran, cried Ho!

I tell ye ’bout me father he was a cautious man
E’ said just do yer labour as tidy as ye can
But on the day the royal crown took away his land
Not he nor any cautious man took an honest stand
But I a lad of 14 years I shouted like man – Yo Ho!

  24. my best friend and I have been looking forward to this for a year and are beyond excited to dress up, see everyone else dressed up, go to the events and browse the wares!

  25. I’d love to get tickets to the faire this year. I haven’t been in a few years so winning tickets would sure be a treat.

  26. The best part of KRF is when you get to watch the Washing Well Wenches and hope they pick your sweetheart to harass…

  27. King Richard’s Faire is a place that allows me to let my geek out and not be looked at in that funny way. I can talk about how much I love lions and want one as a pet and even cheer for the bad guy. And of course the turkey bowls and giant pickles are the icing on the cake. There’s always an adventure to be had at the faire.

  28. I have been wanting to go to this fair for years but have never had the opportunity or the funds to. Good luck to all the entrants and thanks for the chance to win πŸ˜€

  29. I took my wife for her first visit this past year and she has not stopped talking about it! She is so eager to go again!!

Need I say more? Oh yeah, the tiger show is pretty awesome too!!

  31. Kids love the joust, jugglers, mud show (my youngest finally got the private jokes!!) and all around family fun!!

  32. HEAR YE, HEAR YE, HEAR YE…!!!…I BELIEVE I was reincarnated….MEDIVAL TIMES was my past life…It would be nice to reminisce…:)…I EAT, SLEEP AND BREATHE to look forward each year to going to KING RICHARDS FAIRE…YEAH BABY!!!….THAT’S WAHT I’M TALKING ABOUT!!!….PLEASE MAKE MY DAY!!!!….;)
