Yesterday Andy and Allison made cupcakes. Eva was at a friend’s house and Andy felt left out so he wanted to do something fun. Allison asked him what he wanted to do and he wanted to bake. Today he and Eva decorated the cupcakes. Andy went all out in his and even made some cupcakes with surprises inside. He also made some special ones like a S’Mores cupcake and he used part of that giant Hershey’s Kiss to make that one. He also made one with a slice of strawberry on top. Despite being on a fairly strict eating plan this month I did have a cupcake and it was the one with strawberry on top. We can’t have that sitting around past the night. It was cute, he made a purple icing and then added a fancy umbrella to it. It sort of looks like the strawberry went to the beach.
