I do my laundry once a week, separate from the rest of the family. I started doing this several years ago so that I always knew where my clothes were. especially the socks. We have this basket of odds and ends socks and I just wanted to keep my own socks out of that mess. And if my socks aren’t in the pile then I don’t need to sort them. That is a ob for the kids.

Instead of starting a new row of t-shirts. I have three rows of shirts that are in rotation I decided to wear something that I have not worn in forever. It is a 2XL sleeveless sweatshirt that I got form Loot Crate. It is of the Scarlet Spider. I wore that over a long sleeve Loki shirt that I also got in a Loot Crate. Both are a bit too big for me now. The hood of the sweatshirt is enormous!

Review: Lumibricks Izakaya Building ...

The folks from Lumibricks sent me their latest building set, the Izakaya for free to build and review. Opinions are 100% my own. I've built a few sets from Lumibricks (formerly FunWhole) in the past and they are really fun and interesting. The photo above is of the Izakaya and also The Apartment. they are both part of a Cyberpunk theme called Neoncity. At this time there are also two additional buildings that you can build and add to this whole theme, the Game Stack and the Floating Train Station. The great things about these sets is that they light up. As you build you are also adding lights and wires and ways to illuminate the amazing build. Once you're done building you fire up some power and the lights blaze up. With Neoncity sets you get some incredible Nenon effects light signs and even neon tube lights. 2025 Family Ornament ...

Photo-A-Day 2.0 #02515 We put our tree up the other day and I had already bought the 2025 Hallmark Keepsake ornament for our yearly family photo ornament. I love these ornaments on the tree. We have them from 2005 to now.

Christmas Tree Is Up ...

Photo-A-Day 2.0 #02510 Yesterday we put up the trees and today we decided to decorate the tree after dinner. Our tree is now mostly our family photo ornaments. We have a bunch of ornaments but with over 20 years of family photo ornaments it look like the predominant ornament type that we'll see. We did get a 2025 Hallmark one as well and I have to select this year's photo.
