I don’t do much decorating around here but I do have some Halloween related toys that I got from Playmobil. The Ghostbusters Ecto-1 and the Scooby Doo Mystery Mansion and Mystery Machine works out perfectly to replace the Avengers that were on the Lazy Susan. This way I can turn the mansion to see the front and the back of it. There are a bunch of great Scooby Doo sets from Playmobil with even more characters. Playmobil has done an amazing job with so many different licenses. Here is the inside of the house.

I even saw that they are going to produce an A-Team set with the signature A-Team van!!

Review: Lumibricks Izakaya Building ...

The folks from Lumibricks sent me their latest building set, the Izakaya for free to build and review. Opinions are 100% my own. I've built a few sets from Lumibricks (formerly FunWhole) in the past and they are really fun and interesting. The photo above is of the Izakaya and also The Apartment. they are both part of a Cyberpunk theme called Neoncity. At this time there are also two additional buildings that you can build and add to this whole theme, the Game Stack and the Floating Train Station. The great things about these sets is that they light up. As you build you are also adding lights and wires and ways to illuminate the amazing build. Once you're done building you fire up some power and the lights blaze up. With Neoncity sets you get some incredible Nenon effects light signs and even neon tube lights. 2025 Family Ornament ...

Photo-A-Day 2.0 #02515 We put our tree up the other day and I had already bought the 2025 Hallmark Keepsake ornament for our yearly family photo ornament. I love these ornaments on the tree. We have them from 2005 to now.

Christmas Tree Is Up ...

Photo-A-Day 2.0 #02510 Yesterday we put up the trees and today we decided to decorate the tree after dinner. Our tree is now mostly our family photo ornaments. We have a bunch of ornaments but with over 20 years of family photo ornaments it look like the predominant ornament type that we'll see. We did get a 2025 Hallmark one as well and I have to select this year's photo.
