Traditional Lenten Meal

We have this meal during Lent often. It is the last minute have to eat something without meat meal and it always has peas.

Today I had PT and it was a tough one. I had to do this exercise called the L pushup. You take a medicine ball and put one hand on that and one hand on the floor. Do a push up, roll it out to the side, do a pushup, roll it back in, do a pushup, roll it forward, do a push up and then roll it back and do a push up. Then switch hands. Do it again and that is 1 rep. I had to do 3 sets of 5 along with other exercises. It wasn’t until dinner that I realized that I had done 150 pushups that way. Yikes.

I've built a few sets from Lumibricks (formerly FunWhole) in the past and they are really fun and interesting. Christmas Tree Is Up ...

Photo-A-Day 2.0 #02510 Yesterday we put up the trees and today we decided to decorate the tree after dinner. Our tree is now mostly our family photo ornaments. We have a bunch of ornaments but with over 20 years of family photo ornaments it look like the predominant ornament type that we'll see. We did get a 2025 Hallmark one as well and I have to select this year's photo.

2025 Family Ornament ...

Photo-A-Day 2.0 #02515 We put our tree up the other day and I had already bought the 2025 Hallmark Keepsake ornament for our yearly family photo ornament. I love these ornaments on the tree. We have them from 2005 to now.
