When I arrived at rehearsal tonight the sign for Sly Fox was out in front of the building. It is great to see that up because we are coming so close to the opening night. Next Sunday starts Tech Week for the show.

Tonight there were a couple of people missing so I stepped in to a couple of roles. I was all over the place throughout the whole night. The show continues to come together. The cast is lovely and it has been a lot of fun. The weirdest part for me is when I have to do my actual role, it is rather small but still a role. When you go from doing everything to saying a couple of lines it is a bit strange like there is nothing for me to do in the final play. I am trying to put in some little things to make my character stand out a bit. Let’s hop eit works in the final performances.

Review: Lumibricks Izakaya Building ...

The folks from Lumibricks sent me their latest building set, the Izakaya for free to build and review. Opinions are 100% my own. I've built a few sets from Lumibricks (formerly FunWhole) in the past and they are really fun and interesting. The photo above is of the Izakaya and also The Apartment. they are both part of a Cyberpunk theme called Neoncity. At this time there are also two additional buildings that you can build and add to this whole theme, the Game Stack and the Floating Train Station. The great things about these sets is that they light up. As you build you are also adding lights and wires and ways to illuminate the amazing build. Once you're done building you fire up some power and the lights blaze up. With Neoncity sets you get some incredible Nenon effects light signs and even neon tube lights. 2025 Family Ornament ...

Photo-A-Day 2.0 #02515 We put our tree up the other day and I had already bought the 2025 Hallmark Keepsake ornament for our yearly family photo ornament. I love these ornaments on the tree. We have them from 2005 to now.

Christmas Tree Is Up ...

Photo-A-Day 2.0 #02510 Yesterday we put up the trees and today we decided to decorate the tree after dinner. Our tree is now mostly our family photo ornaments. We have a bunch of ornaments but with over 20 years of family photo ornaments it look like the predominant ornament type that we'll see. We did get a 2025 Hallmark one as well and I have to select this year's photo.
