Comic Book Box Labels ...

I've got the comic books bagged, boarded and many boxed. The spreadsheet shows me where each one is stored and now I have some labels on the boxes. These are placeholders until I make up some full color ones to make the organization better. I have this little wireless heat transfer printer that can print onto stickers. I found an Autobot symbol online and was able to print it with the printer to make box labels for the Transformers boxes. In the end I'll probably have 8 or so of them. Eventually I'll have the whole collection stored away and be able o take a box at a time for reading. All books are being ordered in a reading order so that I can enjoy all of them. I had gotten way behind in reading but kept up in the collecting of the different series that I enjoy. That means that I probably have a couple hundred books to read and enjoy soon.

Review: Lumibricks Izakaya Building ...

The folks from Lumibricks sent me their latest building set, the Izakaya for free to build and review. Opinions are 100% my own. I've built a few sets from Lumibricks (formerly FunWhole) in the past and they are really fun and interesting. The photo above is of the Izakaya and also The Apartment. they are both part of a Cyberpunk theme called Neoncity. At this time there are also two additional buildings that you can build and add to this whole theme, the Game Stack and the Floating Train Station. The great things about these sets is that they light up. As you build you are also adding lights and wires and ways to illuminate the amazing build. Once you're done building you fire up some power and the lights blaze up. With Neoncity sets you get some incredible Nenon effects light signs and even neon tube lights. That is one of the coolest things about these sets is how the lights are incorporated into the build. Some very innovative bricks were made in order to thread the wiring...

Christmas Tree Is Up ...

Photo-A-Day 2.0 #02510 Yesterday we put up the trees and today we decided to decorate the tree after dinner. Our tree is now mostly our family photo ornaments. We have a bunch of ornaments but with over 20 years of family photo ornaments it look like the predominant ornament type that we'll see. We did get a 2025 Hallmark one as well and I have to select this year's photo.

2025 Family Ornament ...

Photo-A-Day 2.0 #02515 We put our tree up the other day and I had already bought the 2025 Hallmark Keepsake ornament for our yearly family photo ornament. I love these ornaments on the tree. We have them from 2005 to now.
