Wildstorm Collectible Card Game ...

While I was organizing my comic books I came across the instructions for rather, Players Guide, for the Wildstorms Collectible Card game. I've been looking fro this for a while because now that I have it I can get the cards down and see if andy would like to learn how to play the game with me. I think that Andy will pick it up quickly and I've always wanted to play this with someone else. I've played n my own as I collected the cards but not really with other people.

In other comics news I picked up a copy of the Cold Slither comic book at Rubber Chicken Comics because my comic shop didn't have a copy for me. This is a one shot of the fictional band from G.I. JOE that is made up of the Dreadnoks. I was talking with my friend Ken all about it and he even remembers the entire song that went along with the show.

Review: Lumibricks Izakaya Building ...

The folks from Lumibricks sent me their latest building set, the Izakaya for free to build and review. Opinions are 100% my own. I've built a few sets from Lumibricks (formerly FunWhole) in the past and they are really fun and interesting. The photo above is of the Izakaya and also The Apartment. they are both part of a Cyberpunk theme called Neoncity. At this time there are also two additional buildings that you can build and add to this whole theme, the Game Stack and the Floating Train Station. The great things about these sets is that they light up. As you build you are also adding lights and wires and ways to illuminate the amazing build. Once you're done building you fire up some power and the lights blaze up. With Neoncity sets you get some incredible Nenon effects light signs and even neon tube lights. That is one of the coolest things about these sets is how the lights are incorporated into the build. Some very innovative bricks were made in order to thread the wiring...

Christmas Tree Is Up ...

Photo-A-Day 2.0 #02510 Yesterday we put up the trees and today we decided to decorate the tree after dinner. Our tree is now mostly our family photo ornaments. We have a bunch of ornaments but with over 20 years of family photo ornaments it look like the predominant ornament type that we'll see. We did get a 2025 Hallmark one as well and I have to select this year's photo.

2025 Family Ornament ...

Photo-A-Day 2.0 #02515 We put our tree up the other day and I had already bought the 2025 Hallmark Keepsake ornament for our yearly family photo ornament. I love these ornaments on the tree. We have them from 2005 to now.
