I've been trying to get back on track with Virta and eating less carbs and more protein. I sort of got away from it a bit during Thanksgiving but now I'm back. One thing I have been doing is making a soup for lunch. The soup I have been making consists of shrimp, mushrooms, green onions, peanuts, chili crisp and a bouillon cube. I'm using some frozen shrimp, 3 work well for my soup. So, I can really get a lot of soups from a bag of shrimp and a can of mushrooms. I had it every day this week. Great flavor.
