Today Andy and I went over to ACT to help doing a bit of clean out. While I did not photograph the Mezzanine and back rooms where so many items are housed. That area has undergone many bad moments with water damage and crumbling walls with asbestos in the walls. So we popped on some masks and grabbed a few bags of garbage and filled the dumpster. 

This is the smoking room of the Masons. The building has many floors and on this one they have these chairs and lots of implements for cigar smoking. They occasionally have a cigar night and I do not like when that corresponds to a ight when we have rehearsals. It stinks.

After taking out the trash we helped bring some of the good items over to the storage unit that the theater has off site. We did about 2 hours of work in the afternoon and then I went home to get some more sleep.

Review: Lumibricks Izakaya Building ...

The folks from Lumibricks sent me their latest building set, the Izakaya for free to build and review. Opinions are 100% my own. I've built a few sets from Lumibricks (formerly FunWhole) in the past and they are really fun and interesting. The photo above is of the Izakaya and also The Apartment. they are both part of a Cyberpunk theme called Neoncity. At this time there are also two additional buildings that you can build and add to this whole theme, the Game Stack and the Floating Train Station. The great things about these sets is that they light up. As you build you are also adding lights and wires and ways to illuminate the amazing build. Once you're done building you fire up some power and the lights blaze up. With Neoncity sets you get some incredible Nenon effects light signs and even neon tube lights. 2025 Family Ornament ...

Photo-A-Day 2.0 #02515 We put our tree up the other day and I had already bought the 2025 Hallmark Keepsake ornament for our yearly family photo ornament. I love these ornaments on the tree. We have them from 2005 to now.

Christmas Tree Is Up ...

Photo-A-Day 2.0 #02510 Yesterday we put up the trees and today we decided to decorate the tree after dinner. Our tree is now mostly our family photo ornaments. We have a bunch of ornaments but with over 20 years of family photo ornaments it look like the predominant ornament type that we'll see. We did get a 2025 Hallmark one as well and I have to select this year's photo.
